Lightly cloudy sparkling junmai-shu with clean, refreshing flavor. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle producing the perfect amount of bubbles. Chill well and rest to settle bubbles before opening slowly, as opening too fast will cause sake to spurt out. First enjoy as a clear drink and then gently mix, as you like, towards the end of the bottle.
Please note, this sake often appears cloudy throughout on delivery owing to movement during shipping. With a relatively low alcohol percentage of 13%, this sake is recommended even for non-sake lovers and a great choice for pairing with food.
